Growing up, art has been a big influence in my life. I remember in my early years sitting near the bath tub drawing pages of circles in hopes to draw a perfect one. Every Saturday my sister and I would attend art classes. Birthday gifts were always handmade and “free time” were often long sessions of bizarre arts and crafts. In my late teens, I took summer classes at Parsons School of Design and started to experiment with digital artwork.

But there was the classic dilemma.

I am certainly not the next Michelangelo or Jan van Eyck. Is this just a hobby or can it be something more? What role do I play in the world of art?

With much contemplation (picture The Thinker statue by Auguste Rodin), I realized that all of these artistic endeavors has developed my creative eye. I want to use my creativity to spread joy, enrich lives, help others conquer adversity and solve global issues.

I decided to start a creative space where I can start utilizing my artistic skills again to create my own content (unless stated otherwise) about everyday musings and experiences. I am not sure where this blog will lead me to but wherever it goes, I want to share it with you all.

Hope you enjoy!
